Great way to explore your anxiety triggers, get an evaluation of you and your horse as a partnership, find the holes in your training and try out a few tools that can start a path to more confident communication and understanding between the two of you.

We will cover the topic of anxiety in the equestrian world and explore a few personal triggers in the group and how we can help each other process and work on overcoming them. With the horses will apply some fun, confidence building group exercises  on the ground and under saddle.

In this program we will spend 90 minutes once a week for 10 weeks creating a new path for you and your horse evaluating your relationship with each other on the ground and under saddle. We will dive into your equestrian past and explore your anxiety triggers and responses, adjust them and provide you with tools that work for you and your horse in nervous situations. You will be given homework exercises to complete which will be reviewed at sessions to help you establish clear understanding and communication in challenging situations. We will explore different locations and have a graduation ride at the end of your program.
